Michetta The bread is easier and less expensive than baked in Milan. The Michette are never the same, even when baked in tins: in rising and baking always take different forms. Meritalia proposes Michetta as a system of modular, mass produced by industrial processes, but it will always be different, composition, just as michette. The variety of compositions by simply grouping the individual pieces chosen in a free and personal, with no preset scheme and no limits, the strength of this model designed by Gaetano Pesce. The softness of the seat is guaranteed by a system of springs at the base and the properties of the materials used to make the filling: synthetic polyurethane foam wadding. The total system modularity allows the positioning of every element in absolute liberty by the simple steel joints and without recourse to any kind of mechanical fixing.

Many books are read and then discarded. Although many are taken to charity shops, most of them
unsold and charities have to pay to send books to the dump, are about 10,000 books a week that will be wasted. There are currently no institutions to recycle the books because the paper is of low quality and the glue on the spine must be removed. These books were used to create a lamp or, as we see in the pictures below, used as decorative elements.

The pain caused by plantar fasciitis, inflammation of the plantar aponeurosis may be contrasted with the stretching. According to a U.S. study, published by the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery, stretching is a good ally in the acute forms, even more effective than shock waves. The research was conducted on one hundred patients: half followed a program of stretching exercises three times daily for 8 weeks, the others were subjected to 3 sessions of therapy with shock waves, one per week. Following treatment, 65% of patients who did stretching were satisfied the results, compared with 29% of those who were treated with shock waves.
